Shipping and Orders
We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped the same day when ordered before 3:00 PM PST - Monday-Friday, except holidays. If we are out of stock on an item we will contact you for an estimated shipping date. Shipping charges will be assessed on initial order and all backorders will be shipped with no additional charges. We do not accept International Orders . Shipping is automatically calculated. We will refund any shipping amount over the actual shipping charge and handling fees. Average shipping time is one to three weeks. All orders under $100 USD are subject to our discretion whether to be cancelled - we will contact you for confirmation decision.

Shipping Damages
If your order suffers damage during shipping let the driver know immediately for insurance purposes. ft2racin is not responsible for loss or damaged goods do to shipping. You will need to show the shipping box in the condition you received it as well as the shipping label on the box.
Shipping Shortages and Mistakes
If we ship you the wrong items or do not ship the order as stated on your invoice we will do what it takes to correct the problem. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. All corrections will be shipped by ground.
Product Returns
If you are not happy with the product you ordered you may return it for store credit or replacement, less the price of the original shipping charges. To return an item you must call for a return authorization number before shipping. Items must be returned within 20 days of purchase and in its original condition and packaging to receive full store credit. Some items such as, custom built orders, installed parts, videos, and complete bicycles, are not returnable. ft2racing has the right to deny any return if the item does not meet our return requirements.
